1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NeuroMail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What NeuroMail Does

NeuroMail is an intelligent email automation platform that lets you:

• Create and send email campaigns to your subscribers
• Manage contact lists and groups
• Track email opens, clicks, and engagement
• Use AI for send-time optimization
• Generate content with our built-in AI assistant
• Import contacts via CSV
• Access detailed campaign analytics
• Create QR code subscription pages
• Integrate via API

3. Your Account

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use NeuroMail.

3.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and credentials secure
• All activity that occurs on your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may have only one active account unless we specifically allow otherwise in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You CANNOT Use NeuroMail To:

• Send spam: Unsolicited bulk emails or emails to purchased, rented, or scraped lists
• Break laws: Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable laws governing electronic communications
• Send illegal content: Malware, phishing, fraud, or scams of any kind
• Promote illegal activities: Drugs, weapons, or any illegal products or services
• Adult or explicit content: Pornography or sexually explicit material (automatically blocked)
• Harassment: Threatening, abusive, or hateful content targeting individuals or groups
• Deceptive practices: Fake headers, misleading subject lines, or false sender information
• Copyright violations: Sending copyrighted content without authorization

4.2 Email Requirements

Every email you send through NeuroMail MUST:

• Include a working unsubscribe link (automatically added by NeuroMail)
• Have accurate and identifiable sender information
• Only be sent to contacts who have given you explicit permission to contact them
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country and the recipient's country

4.3 Content Filtering

NeuroMail automatically blocks emails containing:

• Spam trigger words and patterns that harm deliverability
• Adult or explicit content
• Known malicious links or phishing attempts

If your email is blocked, you will receive an explanation and guidance on how to resolve the issue.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

NeuroMail is available for $25/month and includes:

• 5,000 emails per month
• Unlimited contacts
• All AI features
• 20 professional email templates
• Full analytics and tracking
• API access and QR code pages

5.2 Free Trial

• 7-day free trial available upon registration
• One trial per person or organization
• Full access to all platform features during trial
• Subscription of $25/month begins automatically after the trial period ends

5.3 Billing

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our authorized reseller
• Failed payments may result in account suspension

5.4 Email Limits

Your plan includes 5,000 emails per month, resetting on the 1st of each calendar month. If you require a higher volume, please contact us.

6. Your Content & Our Rights

6.1 You Own Your Data

You retain full ownership of your contacts, email content, and campaign data. By using NeuroMail, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely as required to provide the service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content created using our built-in AI assistant belongs to you. You are solely responsible for reviewing it and ensuring it is legal, accurate, and appropriate before sending.

6.3 NeuroMail's Intellectual Property

The NeuroMail platform, software, design, algorithms, and features are owned by Brigli Bushati's SaaS and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

7.1 "As Is" Service

NeuroMail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime (though we target 99.9% availability)
• That all emails will be delivered to recipients' inboxes
• Specific open rates, click rates, or engagement results
• That AI predictions will be accurate in all cases

7.2 Maintenance

We may take the platform offline for scheduled or emergency maintenance. We will announce planned downtime where possible, but emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice.

7.3 Email Deliverability

We use AWS SES for email delivery infrastructure. We cannot control recipient email servers, third-party spam filters, or bounce rates. Maintaining a clean and consented contact list is your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Brigli Bushati's SaaS is not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 We May Suspend Your Account If:

• You violate any part of these Terms of Service
• You engage in illegal activity or platform abuse
• Your account poses a security or reputational risk to others
• Your subscription payment fails and is not resolved
• We are required to do so by law or legal authority

9.2 You Can Cancel Anytime

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in and go to Profile Settings
• Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds.

9.3 Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@neuromail.app. This action is irreversible.

10. API Usage

If you use our API:

• Your API key is for contact collection only — keep your login credentials separate and private
• Rate limits apply as described in our API Documentation
• Abuse of the API may result in immediate revocation of access
• You may not use the API to send emails directly or bypass platform safeguards

11. Third-Party Services

NeuroMail relies on the following third-party infrastructure providers:

• AWS SES — email delivery infrastructure
• AI content services — built-in writing assistance
• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management

Each of these providers operates under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for service interruptions or issues caused by third-party providers.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Security Features

We provide the following security measures:

• Encrypted connections via HTTPS/TLS
• Secure password storage using bcrypt hashing
• Unique API keys with rate limiting per account
• Activity logging for security monitoring
• Two-factor authentication (coming soon)

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect:

• Immediately for minor clarifications or corrections
• After 30 days written notice for material changes

Continued use of NeuroMail after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your account.

15. Disputes

If you have a concern or dispute:

2. We will make every effort to resolve it promptly and fairly
3. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, any legal claim shall be brought against Brigli Bushati's SaaS under applicable law

We believe in resolving problems directly and in good faith before escalating to formal proceedings.
