By using NeuroMail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. What NeuroMail Does

NeuroMail is an AI-powered email marketing platform that lets you:

• Create and send email campaigns
• Manage contact lists and groups
• Track email opens, clicks, and engagement
• Use AI for send-time optimization
• Generate content with AI assistance
• Import contacts via CSV/Excel
• Access campaign analytics
• Create QR code subscription pages
• Integrate via API

3. Your Account

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NeuroMail.

3.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• All activity on your account
• Telling us immediately if someone accesses your account without permission
• Keeping your account information accurate

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may have only one active account unless we specifically allow otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You CANNOT Use NeuroMail To:

• Send spam: Unsolicited bulk emails or emails to purchased/scraped lists
• Break laws: Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other email marketing regulations
• Send illegal content: Malware, phishing, fraud, or scams
• Promote illegal activities: Drugs, weapons, or illegal services
• Adult/explicit content: Pornography or sexually explicit material (automatically blocked)
• Harassment: Threatening, abusive, or hateful content
• Deceptive practices: Fake headers, misleading subject lines, or fake sender info
• Copyright violations: Sending copyrighted content without permission

4.2 Email Requirements

Every email you send MUST:

• Include a working unsubscribe link (automatically added by NeuroMail)
• Have accurate sender information
• Only go to contacts who gave you permission
• Comply with email laws in your country

4.3 Content Filtering

NeuroMail automatically blocks emails containing:

• Spam trigger words and patterns
• Adult or explicit content
• Known malicious links or phishing attempts

If your email is blocked, you'll receive an explanation and can fix the issues.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

NeuroMail costs $20/month and includes:

• 5,000 emails per month
• Unlimited contacts
• All AI features
• 20 email templates
• Full analytics and tracking

5.2 Free Trial

• 7 days free, no credit card required
• One trial per person
• Full access to all features

5.3 Billing

• Charged monthly in advance
• Payments processed securely via Paddle
• Failed payments may suspend your account
• No refunds except during the 7-day money-back window (see Refund Policy)

5.4 Email Limits

Your plan includes 5,000 emails per month. If you need more, contact us about upgrading.

6. Your Content & Our Rights

6.1 You Own Your Data

You own your contacts, emails, and campaign data. By using NeuroMail, you give us permission to process and send your content as needed to provide the service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content created using our AI features belongs to you, but you're responsible for reviewing it and ensuring it's legal and appropriate.

6.3 NeuroMail's IP

The NeuroMail platform, software, design, and features are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

7. Service Availability

7.1 "As Is" Service

NeuroMail is provided "as is" without guarantees. We don't promise:

• 100% uptime (though we try for 99.9%)
• That all emails will be delivered
• Specific open or click rates
• That AI predictions are always accurate

7.2 Maintenance

We may need to take the platform offline for maintenance. We'll announce this when possible, but emergency maintenance may happen without notice.

7.3 Email Deliverability

We use AWS SES for sending, but we can't control recipient email servers, spam filters, or bounce rates. You're responsible for maintaining a clean contact list.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We're not responsible for lost profits, data, or business
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months
• We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 We May Suspend Your Account If:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in illegal activity or abuse
• Your account poses a security risk to others
• You don't pay your bill
• We're required to by law

9.2 You Can Cancel Anytime

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in and go to Profile Settings
• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• Confirm cancellation

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for remaining time (unless within 7-day money-back window).

9.3 Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and data, contact support at emailengine2026@gmail.com. This cannot be undone.

10. API Usage

If you use our API:

• Your public API key is used for contact collection only. Keep your dashboard credentials (username/password) private.
• Rate limits apply (details in API documentation)
• Abuse may result in API access revocation

11. Third-Party Services

NeuroMail uses:

• AWS SES for email delivery
• Google Gemini for AI content generation
• Paddle for payment processing

These services have their own terms. We're not responsible if they have issues.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

13. Security Features

We provide:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Secure password storage (bcrypt hashing)
• API key
• Activity logging for security
• Two-factor authentication (coming soon)

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect:

• Immediately for minor clarifications
• After 30 days notice for major changes

Continued use after changes means you accept them. If you disagree, cancel your account.
